`This is the story of how six young children named Alexius, Jammer, Hudson, Shouji, Usagi, and Maria made a pack to become pirates. When they were younger they talked to a former Grand Line pirate who told them the horror of the New World and how truly dangerous it was. The children were not differed from becoming pirates, in fact it gave them a goal and an idea. They promised that once they were old enough to become pirates they would meet up at the Sabaody Archipelago and form a pirate alliance and enter the New World together. They agreed they would not travel together before then in order to grow and train on their own in order to grow stronger. This plan is also to test whether or not they can make it in the Grand Line. This however became more of a test of faith then they initially thought as their parents moved away one after another scattering the six children among the four seas and the first half of the Grand Line. Originally the children were from the North Blue. Alexius’ and Hudson’s parents divorced their mother took Alexius to the South Blue to live with her grandmother and their father took Hudson to the West Blue due to a job relocation. Shouji’s parents died and he had to move in with his aunt who lived in Alabaster in the Grand Line. Usagi was sent to a Marine Training program in the East Blue by his parents in order to prevent him from becoming a pirate. Maria and her grandfather moved to an island in the South Blue to trade the harsher winters for more summer like weather. This left Jammer as the only remaining member of the group in the North Blue. They were all around the same age and they agreed they would set sail at age 18 and by the time they were all 21 they would head to the New World regardless of whether or not anyone else showed up.
In that time frame all six children had grown and trained themselves to become very strong individuals. All six of them embarked on their journey around the same time, all knowing in their heart that the others are heading to the same direction they were. Each had numerous adventures, the kind that are the stuff of legend.
